The flowers were gorgeous! I needed something for my mums birthday, I originally was going to go and buy some but stumbled across their website and they did same day delivery. Flowers were delivered in perfect condition and arrived on time. The delivery person took care to make sure no damage was done whilst dropping them off.Absolutely beautiful flowers. I’ve used other florists before and found that the bouquet doesn’t always match the expectations of what you see in in the photo on the website. I’ve used Lily Jones a couple of times now and I have to say the flowers exceed expectations. Really pleased and will be using them again.

I recently sent a bouquet of roses to my daughter in the UK. It was a special event however the florist couldn’t deliver to the address I had given due to Covid restrictions. She called me early on the day to get another address which I gave to her. Because i’m in western Canada there was a big time difference. The florist waited until a reasonable time to call me. Notified about arrival of order.Ordered some flowers to a friend from lily jones flowers- my friend sent me a photo and they look absolutely nothing like the photo I ordered. I even upgraded the order and the product was so disappointing. The only flowers in the bouquet that were the same as the photo on the website were the gerberas. Everything else wasn’t in and was substituted with iris and tulips! So not what I ordered. Won’t ever order from there again!

I ordered on the morning of Valentines Day, knowing that everywhere else was a next day delivery. Not only did they deliver exactly what I wanted, on the exact same day. but they also let me know as soon as the flowers were delivered (to my request).
